Foundation Fitness introduces the Goddess Workout every Sunday in July from 2:00-3:30!
Led by Kate Cookson, The Goddess Workout blends Pilates, yoga, ballet, and belly dance conditioning with a focus on smaller muscle groups to create a longer, leaner, dancers physique. Designed for women to focus on areas that are most often important to us. If you have any concerns about a hip, knee, or joint issue, no worries. As personal trainers, they offer modifications or more appropriate exercises. Together we’ll find a solution! $10 Members & $15 Non-Members
